What is your Attendance Policy?
I respect your time and I ask that you choose to respect mine as well. A scheduled appointment reserves that time only for you. If you need to change your appointment time or cancel please give a 12 hour notice. I do however understand illnesses and emergencies do happen but failure to notify me in a timely manner will result in a fee of $25. To be fair if I late cancel on you without a 12 hour notice then you will receive $25 discount on your next session.
**If you no show your appointment you will be charged your full session rate.**

How do I pay for the Cancellation/Late Arrival Policy?
Your Credit/Debit Card will be kept on file, don't worry your information will be kept safe and secured under HIPAA guidelines. Your card will only run at the time you no-show, cancel the appointment late or arrive late to the appointment.
How is my confidentiality protected?
The law protects the relationship between a client and a psychotherapist, and information cannot be disclosed without written permission.
Exceptions include:
-
Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse, for which I am required by law to report this to the appropriate authorities immediately.
-
If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s, I must notify the police.
-
If a client intends to harm himself or herself, I will make every effort to enlist their cooperation in ensuring their safety. If they do not cooperate, I will take further measures without their permission that are provided to me by law in order to ensure their safety.
-
If I am subpoenaed by a court of law, I am required to comply with the subpoena.
What is the cost if I need you to testify in court on my behalf?
If you are currently involved in court or know your future is heading that direction (family court/custody etc) you will be charged a rate of $150 for each session. If you need me to testify in court for you or your child/children the rate is $500 per day needed in court. This rate is to account for me needing block of my day to be present for you.
